The address then goes into the deed and the published extract, which must state the Region and the precise address as two separate particulars (Art. 2:8 §2, 1° and 2° CSA).

Yes, as long as the company selling it is registered with the FPS Economy, DG SME Policy (Art. 3, 1°, b and c, and Art. 6 §1, Law of 29 March 2018). Supplying the service unregistered carries a fine of EUR 250 to EUR 100,000 (Art. 11 of the same law).

A registered address or virtual office can be a company's statutory seat when the provider is registered. A PO box or a pure mail-forwarding product is not a seat and cannot appear as the registered office.

A Belgian statutory seat creates a rebuttable presumption of Belgian tax residence, displaced only by proving tax domicile elsewhere under that other state's own law (FPS Finance AY2026 corporate-return guidance).

Not guaranteed on the address alone: banks apply their own KYC and are reported to expect a KBO number and a local address, but that is market evidence, not an official rule.
