Maarten De Wilde leads formation and corporate structuring, twelve years on Belgian company files from the Brussels office. He drafts the file that goes to the notary for a BV/SRL or an NV/SA incorporation, among the other company types a founder can choose, files the KBO/BCE registration, and coordinates a branch office or a holding structure for a foreign parent.
He runs a company change or a share transfer through the register, takes a company through liquidation when the time comes, and handles a ready-made company transfer file the same way: due diligence, the transfer deed, the registry update. He studied law at Ghent University, then spent eight years on the company-law desk of a Brussels notarial office, and works in Dutch, English and French.

Aurelie Lambert leads tax, licensing and compliance, ten years in the field, the last seven on Belgian files, from the Brussels office. She works out whether a company qualifies for the reduced 20 percent corporate-tax rate, registers a company for VAT and for e-invoicing readiness, and prepares the FSMA and NBB files behind a crypto licence or a payment-institution licence.
She also files a Benelux trade mark at BOIP, enters a company's UBO record, answers the questions a Belgian bank asks before opening a business account, and coordinates payroll compliance for an employer with staff in Belgium. She studied economics and tax at the Universite Saint-Louis - Bruxelles, then spent four years in a Big Four tax practice in Brussels, and works in French, English and Dutch.

Yannick Peeters, Immigration and Relocation
